LAS VEGAS, NV (The Spread) – Following “bloody Saturday” in college football, here’s a look at the updated odds to win the 2014 FBS championship.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Florida State is now favored to win the 2014-15 college football FBS championship at 11/2 odds. Auburn has the next-best odds at 13/2 while Georgia and Michigan State are both 8/1, respectively. Alabama and Notre Dame are also 10/1, respectively, while Ohio State and Oklahoma are both 12/1, respectively.
Continuing with the current odds, Baylor is 14/1 to win this season’s college football title while Ole Miss is 16/1 and Mississippi State is 18/1. Oregon, meanwhile, is 22/1 while UCLA is 25/1 and TCU is 33/1. Texas A&M is 40/1, Arizona is 50/1 and Kansas State, Marshall, Nebraska and Oklahoma State are all 66/1, respectively.
The current long shots include Florida at 75/1 and Georgia Tech, Louisville, Missouri and USC are all 100/1, respectively. The team with the longest odds is Iowa, which is currently 150/1 to win the college football title.
The upsets got started early last week as Arizona beat then No. 2 Oregon 31-24 on the road on Thursday night. Utah State then knocked off then No. 18 BYU 35-20 on Friday night before No. 11 Ole Miss beat No. 3 Alabama 23-17 on Saturday. No. 25 TCU also beat No. 4 Oklahoma 37-33, No. 12 Mississippi State beat No. 6 Texas A&M 48-31 and Utah beat No. 8 UCLA, 30-28.
The upsets weren’t finished, however, as unranked Northwestern beat No. 17 Wisconsin 20-14 while No. 16 USC fell at home to Arizona State with a 46-yard touchdown in the final seconds.
