The Cubs remain favored to win the 2017 World Series while the Red Sox have the next-best odds according to oddsmakers.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Cubs are 15/4 to win the 2017 World Series while the Red Sox are 11/2 and the defending American League Pennant winners the Indians are 8/1. The Nationals are 10/1, meanwhile, while the Dodgers fill out the top 5 at 14/1 to win next season’s Fall Classic.
Continuing with the odds, the Astros and Giants are both 15/1, respectively, while the Mets are 18/1. The Mariners, Cardinals and Rangers are both 25/1, respectively, while the Tigers, Yankees and Blue Jays are all 30/1, respectively. The Orioles are 35/1, the Royals are 40/1 and the Pirates are 50/1.

Some of the mid-range long shots to win the World Series in 2017 are the White Sox at 60/1, the Marlins at 65/1, the Rockies are 75/1 and the Rays are 85/1. The teams with the longest odds, meanwhile, are the Diamondbacks, Reds, Brewers, Twins and Padres, who are all 125/1, respectively.
