Warriors vs. Pelicans Gm 4 Odds
NEW ORLEANS, LA (TheSpread) – After a miraculous comeback win in Game 3, have the Golden State Warriors set themselves up for an easy sweep tonight in Game 4 against the New Orleans Pelicans at 8PM ET?
Golden State is 70-15 on the season, 29-13 on the road and 47-37 against the spread. New Orleans is 45-40 overall, 28-14 at home and 48-37 against the spread. With the OT victory in Game 3, the Warriors have now won nine of their last 10 against the Pelicans, but the Pelicans have covered the spread in four straight meetings with Golden State. These two have pushed or hit the under in seven of their last 10 meetings.
According to oddsmakers at online sports book GT Bets, the Warriors are the clear favorite in this game, as Golden State is getting odds of -7 points against the Pelicans. The over/under total for the game has been set at 205 points.
New Orleans had its heart ripped out in Game 3, as they held a 20-point lead entering the fourth quarter and still found a way to lose, 123-119 in OT. The key to the game was Stephen Curry, who had 40 points with five rebounds and nine assists. Curry had two 3-pointers in the final 12 seconds of regulation to force the OT. Draymond Green added 12 points, 17 rebounds and three steals for the Warriors while Anthony Davis had 29 points with 15 rebounds and three blocks for the Pelicans.
