Conflicting reports on Thompson
OAKLAND, CA (The Spread) – There continues to be conflicting reports on the health of Warriors guard Klay Thompson.
Thompson first passed a concussion test after being kneed in the head during the Warriors’ Game 5 victory over the Rockets on Wednesday night. Then the team released a statement following the game that Thompson had concussion-like symptoms and now his agent is stating his client doesn’t have a concussion.
Making the situation even more befuddling is the fact that his father, Mychal Thompson, said his son “threw up and was a little woozy after the game.” While Mychal stated Klay was “very cognizant of what was going on around him,” this story continues to take many twists and turns.
Game 1 of the 2015 NBA Finals will take place next Thursday and the Warriors are 6-point home favorites over the Cavs according to oddsmakers from online sports book GT Bets.
