ATLANTA (AP) – The Atlanta Hawks will be short-handed as they try to extend their franchise-record 18-game winning streak against the Philadelphia 76ers.
The Hawks say DeMarre Carroll, Thabo Sefolosha and Shelvin Mack will miss Saturday night’s game with injuries.
Carroll was held out of Friday night’s 105-99 win over Portland with a left Achilles strain. Sefolosha, who started for Carroll, lasted only two minutes before leaving with a right calf strain. Mack, a backup point guard who has a left calf strain, missed his sixth straight game.
The winning streak has left the Hawks (39-8) with the NBA’s best record.
