According to online sports book GT Bets, Ottawa is favored at home in tonight’s game, as the Senators are getting odds of -135 to win, while the Canadiens are getting odds of +115 to prevail. The over/under total for the game has been set at 5 goals.
Montreal picked up a 3-2 win in Game 2 in OT to establish the 2-0 series lead on Friday. The Senators forced OT on a power play goal from Patrick Wiercioch with 6:35 left in regulation. In the extra session, it took just three minutes for Alex Galchenyuk to find the net and give Montreal the win. The Canadiens had 42 shots in the win to just 31 from Ottawa.
