It’s no surprise that Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes winner Big Brown is the clear-cut favorite to win this year’s Belmont Stakes. Big Brown is going for horse racing’s triple crown and oddsmakers have established him as a 2/7 favorite. Big Brown had absolutely no trouble at the Preakness Stakes on May 17, running away with an easy victory.
The horse with the next best odds is Casino Drive at 9/2 and Denis Of Cork at 10/1. The two thoroughbreds with the longest odds to win the Belmont Stakes are Mint Lane and Tomcito, both established at 50/1.
