HOLLYWOOD, CA (TheSpread) – The Best Actor award for the 2011 Oscars seems to be a slam dunk this year as one nominee is heavily favored over his four competitors.
Lead actor from The King’s Speech, Colin Firth is the favorite to win according to oddsmakers from online sportsbook Sportsbook.com. Firth has betting odds of -2000 while other nominees are James Franco (+800), Jesse Eisenberg (+900), Javier Bardem (+2000), and Jeff Bridges (+2000).

Eisenberg is up for his performance in The Social Network, where he played Facebook creator Mark Zuckerberg.
