Turkish Grand Prix Odds
ISTANBUL, Turkey (TheSpread) – The 2011 Formula 1 Season returns to action this weekend with the running of the Turkish Grand Prix from Istanbul Park Circuit.
Sebastian Vettel comes into the race as the favorite according to online sports book Bodog.com. Vettel has 5/4 odds to win. Other short odds to win are Lewis Hamilton (11/4) and Mark Webber (5/1).
Vettel has won two of the three races this year and finish second in the other. He has a 21-point lead in the standings over Hamilton through three races. Vettel has never won this event and his best finish was third, back in 2009.
Hamilton has one win on the year and is second in the season standings by 9 points. Hamilton is the defending champion of this race and he finished in the top 5 in 2007 and 2008.
Webber is fourth in the current standings. He has finished in the top five in all three races this year. Webber finished third in this race in 2010 and second in 2009.
