Belgian Grand Prix Odds
The Formula 1 Series returns to action on Sunday with the Belgian Grand Prix. Here is a look at the odds to win the race.
The Belgian Grand Prix takes place on Sunday at 8AM ET from Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. The race is a 191-mile contest that will run 44 laps around the track. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Nico Rosberg is the favorite to win, as he has -175 odds. Other short odds to win are Max Verstappen (+600) and Daniel Ricciardo (+650). Normal favorite Lewis Hamilton is listed with +900 odds.
Hamilton is nearly the clear favorite in every F1 race, but he has been forced to start from the 30th position due to making engine changes in both of his practice sessions. Coming back to win will be very difficult and unlikely. Still, he has won this race two times and is the points leader right now.
Rosberg hasn’t won this race, but finished second the last two years. He is second in the standings behind Hamilton and has five wins this year.
Verstappen finished eighth in this race last year. He has one win to his credit this year while placing second in two other races.
Ricciardo won this race back in 2014. He is seeking his first win of the F1 season but sits third in the standings behind Hamilton and Rosberg.
