The British Grand Prix takes place on Sunday at 8AM ET from Silverstone. The race is a 190-mile contest that will run 52 laps around the track. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Lewis Hamilton is a -150 favorite to win on Sunday while Nico Rosberg is listed with +250 odds and Sebastian Vettel has +1000 odds.
Lewis Hamilton is pursuing his third straight F1 series title and he comes into this race as a three-time winner and two-time defending champion. He has won three of the last four races in the series and there isn’t a lot of reason to believe he won’t win this as well.
Nico Rosberg is seemingly the guy that will win if Hamilton doesn’t when it comes to F1 racing. He finished second to Hamilton in this race last year and has a 5-4 wins advantage on him for the 2016 season. If he is going to hold off Hamilton in the point standings, he needs to find ways to win more races.
Sebastian Vettel has the shortest odds besides these two for a reason. He won this race in 2009 and was third last year. A former back-to-back series champion himself, Vettel still has the capability to win races. He just needs a little luck to go his way and go against the two favorites.
