Belgian Grand Prix Picks
The Formula 1 Series is back in action early Sunday morning with the Belgian Grand Prix. Here are some drivers we like to contend for the win.
The Belgian Grand Prix takes place on Sunday at 8AM ET from Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. The race is a 191-mile contest that will run 44 laps around the track. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Nico Rosberg is the favorite to win, as he has -175 odds. Other short odds to win are Max Verstappen (+550), Lewis Hamilton (+600) and Daniel Ricciardo (+600).
Nico Rosberg is the favorite and the likely winner with Hamilton being pushed to the back of the starting line. Look for him to be the leader throughout, as he finished second in this race the last two years.
Lewis Hamilton is facing an uphill climb on Sunday due to penalties enforced by F1, but if anyone can overcome them, he can. He is a two-time winner of this race and already has six wins this year. He has won six of the last seven F1 races.
Daniel Ricciardo has some value as well. He is third in the point standings despite not having won a race this year. He should be near the front of the pack and can capitalize with Hamilton in the back and also if Rosberg slips up. Look for him to be the dark horse in this race.
