Bahrain Grand Prix Picks
The 2017 Bahrain Grand Prix will take place later this morning. Here are our picks to win this Formula 1 race.
The Bahrain Grand Prix takes place today at 11AM ET from Bahrain International Circuit. The race is a 191-mile contest that will run 57 laps around the track. According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Lewis Hamilton is favored to win the race, as he is getting odds of -125 to prevail. Other short odds to win are Sebastian Vettel (+175), Valtteri Bottas (+600) and Kimi Raikkonen (+800).
Lewis Hamilton is always the driver to go with in the F1 series right now. He is a two-time winner of the Bahrain Grand Prix and he has finished first or second in the two races already held this year. Hamilton will be the car to beat and is the clear favorite for a reason.
Sebastian Vettel appears set to be the top contender to Hamilton this year, as he also has finished first in one race in 2017, while taking second in the other. He also has plenty of success at this track as well, winning two times. Vettel should be the beneficiary if Hamilton slips up.
Kimi Raikkonen managed to finish second in this race a year ago, which was really tough to do with Hamilton and Nico Rosberg dominating the series. He has finished in the top 5 in the first two races and should be eager to push for a win at the track he did really well at last year.
