Chinese Grand Prix Picks
The 2017 Formula 1 Series is back in action on early Sunday morning for the Chinese Grand Prix. Here are some drivers we like to win this one.
The Chinese Grand Prix takes place Sunday at 2AM ET from Shanghai International Circuit. The race is a 189-mile contest that will run 56 laps around the track. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Lewis Hamilton is favored in this race, as he is getting odds of +115 to win. Other short odds to win are Sebastian Vettel (+150) and Valtteri Bottas (+600).
Lewis Hamilton was upset in the first race of the season, but I don’t see that happening again today. Hamilton has won this race four times in his career and he racked up 10 wins a year ago, so look for him to start his winning ways this weekend.
Sebastian Vettel got off the 2017 season with a great start, by winning the Australian Grand Prix. He has won this race before and finished second a year ago. He went winless in 2016, but it appears he will make a run at competing for the title with Hamilton this year.
Valtteri Bottas is getting the boost this year by joining Mercedes and he seems to be the guy to be on the rise this season. Bottas hasn’t won this race, but still performed well despite not being with Mercedes. He finished third in the first race this year, which is a sign of what is to come all season as he battles with Hamilton and Vettel.
