Trends favor Ducks over Blues
ANAHEIM, CA (The Spread) – The Blues have had issues versus Californian teams over the past two years and they could struggle again tonight when they visit the Ducks at 10:00PM ET.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Ducks are -141 money line home favorites over the Blues, who are +128 money line road underdogs for tonight’s game. The total, meanwhile, is currently sitting at 5.5 goals.
The Blues are just 1-4 in their last five games versus the Ducks and 7-19-1 in their last 27 road games against Anaheim. They’re also 0-4 in their last four road games, 1-5 in their last six games overall, and 1-5 in their last six games versus Western Conference foes.
On the other side the Ducks are a perfect 8-0 in their last eight games playing on one day of rest and 5-1 in their last six games versus a team with a winning record. The home team in this series is also 35-16-1 in the last 52 meetings between these two teams.
