Power has never won the Indy 500, but finished second a year ago. He will be starting sixth on Sunday. He has yet to claim a win this year in his four IndyCar races. He does have two top-five finishes, though.

Pagenaud is competing in his fifth Indy 500 and he will start eighth on Sunday. His best finish in his previous four outings was eighth in 2013. Pagenaud has been red-hot this season, winning the last three IndyCar races while taking second in the other two.

Montoya is the defending Indy 500 champion. He also won in 2000 and placed fifth in 2014, his only other appearances. Montoya has one win this year in the IndyCar series and has placed in the top 5 in two of the other four races.
