Kohler Grand Prix Picks
The IndyCar Series is back in action today, as drivers compete in the Kohler Grand Prix. Here are some drivers we like to contend for the victory.
The Kohler Grand Prix is a 202-mile race that is held at Road America. The race takes place today at 12:30PM ET and will air NBCSN. According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Will Power is favored to win this race, as he has 3/1 odds. Other short odds to win are Simon Pagenaud (9/2), Scott Dixon (5/1) and Josef Newgarden (7/1).
Will Power was the one to win this race a year ago, so it’s understandable why he is the favorite. Power also has some momentum entering today’s race, as he won the last race in Texas. He has two wins on the year with a runner-up finish in Phoenix as well. I think he has another strong run today.
Helio Castroneves has 8/1 odds to win today. I like those odds for the IndyCar veteran. He finished fifth in this race a year ago and he has been consistently in the mix all year. While winless, he has four top-5 finishes and eight top-10 finishes in 2017. I expect him to be near the front again today and he can make a play for the win with a little help.
Graham Rahal is listed with 10/1 odds to win today and he is one of the hotter drivers coming into this race. Rahal won both Grand Prix races in Detroit and followed that up with a fourth-place finish in Texas two weeks ago. I think he continues to remain hot today, as he finished third at this track a year ago.
