Phoenix Grand Prix Predictions
The IndyCar Series returns to action tonight for the Phoenix Grand Prix. Here are some drivers we like to contend for the victory.
The Phoenix Grand Prix is a 255-mile race that is held at Phoenix International Raceway in Phoenix, Arizona. The race takes place on tonight at 9PM ET and will air on NBCSN. According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Scott Dixon is favored to win, as he is getting +375 odds. Helio Castroneves, Simon Pagenaud, Tony Kanaan and Will Power each have 6/1 odds.
Scott Dixon is the favorite for good reason. He is the defending champion of this very race and he has been strong thus far in the 2017 season. He has finished in the top 4 in all three races. Look for him to be right near the mix against this year.
Simon Pagenaud took second in this race a year ago and he is also having a good start to the 2017 season. He has finished in the top 5 in all three races to start the season. He should be able to compete with Dixon for the win tonight.
Sebastrian Bourdais is a big longshot at +4000 to win tonight, but I think he has some value there. He is the current points leader in the standings after finishing first in one race and second in another. He also has competed in this race before, finishing eighth a year ago. Given how well he has performed this year, he is worth rolling the dice on for a big payday.
