According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Kevin Owens is favored to retain his title, as he has -200 odds to win while other short odds are Sami Zayn (+225) and Dolph Ziggler (+900). This match is part of Wrestlemania 32, which begins at 7PM ET from AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas. The show airs live on the WWE Network.

Bet on Wrestlemania 32 Odds

Kevin Owens is a big star in the making for the WWE. He is making his debut in the big show as the IC champion. Owens is the hottest of the seven wrestlers in terms of in-ring performance and big wins. Zayn is also making his first Wrestlemania appearance, as he debuted with Raw just a month ago. It could go a long way to establish his character to have him win. Ziggler is a fan-favorite like Zayn, but is also known for never quite getting the big wins.

In this match it comes down to Owens and Zayn in my opinion. Owens is really a star already, so winning isn’t the be-all, end-all for him. It still would be good for building his character, but his character is pretty well established. I think this win would mean more for Zayn. Just coming into the company, winning the IC title would give him a big push to establish a great summer rivalry with Owens. Having Zayn not win might make him look too weak, too soon. Owens may be the favorite, but it may be worth taking a flyer on Zayn tonight. The favorites don’t always win, as the WWE likes to keep things as unpredictable as possible.
