Can you believe it’s already Week 8 of the 2008 College Football Season? The year is moving fast so don’t hesitate – odds have been released for Week 8 so get on it.
The newly top-ranked Texas Longhorns have no time to savor their win over the Oklahoma Sooners because they host No. 11 Missouri. Oddsmakers from online sports book SBG Global have made Texas a 7-point home favorite against the visiting Tigers.
Speaking of Oklahoma, the Sooners have another tough challenge themselves this week when they host No. 16 Kansas. Despite their loss to rival Texas, oddsmakers have made OU a whopping 18-point favorite over the Jayhawks, who have struggled with inferior opponents the past couple weeks.
Another great matchup on the Week 8 schedule this week pits No. 22 Vanderbilt at No. 10 Georgia. The Bulldogs are looking to get back into the BCS National Championship race with a win and oddsmakers have established UGA as 15-point favorites. Vandy will be coming off a tough loss to unranked Mississippi State in the wake of jumping all the way up to No. 13 in the polls.
