Prediction:
It’s hard not to like Brad Childress’ Vikings in this one. Not only are they home, but they’re also coming off a wild road win last week in New Orleans while Detroit got smoked at home against the Bears. The Lions might also start an inexperienced quarterback this week in Dan Orlovsky as starter Jon Kitna is expected to miss the game due to injury. Adrian Peterson should have no issues finding running room against the Lions’ weak defensive front seven, nor should Gus Frerotte have trouble making plays in the passing game. We predict the Vikings over the Lions 30-10.
