Prediction:
Kansas City shocked most football pundits last week with the way it was able to run all over the Broncos’ front seven. That could spell good news for Bucs’ RB Ernest Graham, who is coming off an 111-yard effort in a win over the Packers last Sunday. Jon Gruden will once again look to control the tempo of this game by running the ball and trying to set up the short, to intermediate routes in the passing game. If Tampa can keep Denver’s dynamic offense off the field, Brian Griese and the Bucs’ offense should generate plenty of points to eek out a win. The Broncos have been one of the better surprises this season in the AFC, but they’ve failed to cover the spread in 3 of their 4 games this year, including their loss last week to the Chiefs. We like the Bucs to at least cover, if not win and we predict Tampa over Denver 23-20.
