Prediction:
The Chiefs got back on track last week because they were able to run Larry Johnson down Denver’s throats. Kansas City might have a rougher time doing that this week against a Carolina team that has kept LaDainian Tomlinson, Adrian Peterson and Michael Turner under 100 yards in each of their three wins. The Panthers have also shown a bit of offensive firepower at times this year, especially last week when receivers Steve Smith and Muhsin Muhammad were able to run wild throughout Atlanta’s secondary. The two wide outs might do the same this week against a Chiefs’ secondary that starts rookies at the cornerback positions. We predict the Panthers over the Chiefs 33-10.
