GB-TB line continues to climb
TAMPA, FL (The Spread) – The line in the Packers-Bucs line continues to climb in favor of the road team. Kickoff for this game is set for 1:00PM ET.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Packers are now a whopping 12-point road favorite over the Bucs, while the over/under total is sitting at 49 points. Green Bay opened as 10-point favorites before the number started to climb.
The delimma for bettors today if they take Green Bay is that not only will they be laying double-digit points but the Packers are just 3-9 against the spread in their last 12 games versus the Bucs. They’re also just 1-4 against the number in their last five games in Tampa.
That said, the Packers are 5-1 against the spread in their last six games in Week 16 and, perhaps more relevant, they’re 5-1-1 against the number in their last seven games following an ATS loss and 3-0-1 ATS in their last four games coming off a straight up loss.
