(The Spread) – Updated odds have been released for “Dancing With the Stars 12” and the “Karate Kid” finds himself as the favorite.

Oddsmakers from online sports book Bodog.com have made Ralph Macchio a 2/1 favorite to beat the rest of the field for “Dancing With the Stars 12.” Behind him are Kristi Alley at 3/1, Steelers’ receiver Hines Ward at 5/1, Chelsea Kane at 11/2 and Kendra Wilkinson at 15/2.
Some of the mid-range long shots include Chris Jericho and Lil’ Romeo at 10/1, and Sugar Ray Leonard at 15/1. The true long shots are Petra Nemcova at 20/1, Mike Catherwood at 30/1 and Wendy Williams at 50/1.
Macchio is best known for his roles as Daniel LaRusso in the “Karate Kid” movies, as well as Billy Gambini in “My Cousin Vinny” and Johnny Cade in “The Outsiders.” He’ll be paired up with Karina Smirnoff for “Dancing With the Stars.” They pair scored the highest total (24) in Round 1.
Catherwood and his partner Lacey Schwimmer finished with the lowest first round score (13), while Williams and her partner Tony Dovolani didn’t fare much better with a 14. Alley and her partner Marsim Chmerkovskiy scored a 23, while Ward and Kym Johnson, and Chelsea and Mark Ballas each scored 21’s.
The competition began on March 21 and will continue for 10 rounds. Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Len Goodman all returned to the show as judges, with Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke as the hosts.
