According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are clear favorites to win their party’s nomination in Indiana. Clinton is listed as a 1/9 favorite to win the Democratic nomination over Bernie Sanders, who is listed at 5/1. Bet on Political Odds

Clinton is close to locking up the Democratic ticket for the general election, as she has 2,165 delegates to 1,357 for Sanders. Clinton has the big edge in Superdelegates (520-39), but the pledged delegates are much closer (1,645-1,318). The two are battling for 83 delegates tonight in Indiana. One prop odd for the election has 13/4 odds for an all-female ticket in this election. That would require Clinton to win the Democratic nomination and choose a female running mate. Elizabeth Warren is one that some consider as a possibility.

Trump leads the Republican battle right now with 996 delegates while Cruz has 565 and Kasich has 153. These three are battling for 57 in Indiana tonight. There are 1,237 delegates needed to win the nomination for the party going into the general election. It is not certain that Trump will be able to win the nomination before the Republican Convention, which would create a contested convention and allow the higher-ups of the party to pick the nomination. The odds of that happening are currently at 11/4, while the odds of it not happening are at 2/9.
