Seahawks remain favored to win SB
LAS VEGAS, NV (The Spread) – Heading into the final week of the regular season, it’s not surprising to see that the Seattle Seahawks remain favored to win the 2015 Super Bowl.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Seahawks are 13/5 favorites to win the 2015 Super Bowl and 1/1 favorites to win the NFC conference this season. The Seahawks currently control their own destiny when it comes to securing home field advantage in the playoffs. With a win over the Rams on Sunday, the Seahawks will guarantee that the path to the Super Bowl in the NFC will have to go through Seattle. Their odds to win the Super Bowl will likely improve as well.
The Patriots have the next-best odds to win this year’s NFL title at 11/4 while the Packers are 11/2 and the Broncos are 13/2. The Cowboys have 8/1 odds while the Steelers are 14/1 and the Lions are 22/1 long shots to win the 2015 Super Bowl. The Colts are 25/1.
The other current long shots to win the Super Bowl are the Bengals at 33/1, the Chargers at 40/1 and the Cardinals at 50/1. The Falcons are also 66/1 while the Ravens and Panthers are 75/1, respectively. The Texans and Chiefs have the longest odds at 500/1, respectively.
