According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Federer is listed as the clear favorite, as he is getting odds of -550 to win. Cilic is listed with a money line of +420 to prevail. These two will meet in the Wimbledon men’s singles final on Sunday at 9AM ET from the All England Tennis Club in London, England. The match will air live on ESPN.

Federer comes into this final ranked third in the world. The Swiss tennis player has defeated Milos Raonic and Tomas Berdych this week to reach the final.  Federer is playing in his 11th Wimbledon final. He has won seven of them, with the last coming in 2012. He has a total of 18 grand-slam championships in his career and won the 2017 Australian Open just a few months ago.

Cilic is ranked seventh in the world entering this final. The Croatian has defeated the likes of Gilles Muller and Sam Querrey in the last two rounds to reach this final. Cilic is seeking his first Wimbledon title. He has reached the quarterfinals the last three years but never further. He has only played in one grand-slam final in his career, the 2014 U.S. Open, which he won.

These two players have met seven times in their careers, with Federer getting six wins. Cilic’s lone win was in the 2014 U.S. Open semifinals where he won in straight sets. Their last meeting was the 2016 Wimbledon quarterfinals, where Federer picked up a five-set win after falling down 2-0 in the match.
