Henderson collects three hits in last game

Gunnar Henderson went 3-for-4 with a walk, three runs scored and a two-run home run against the Guardians on Sunday. The home run was Henderson’s 29th of the year. He hit a two-run shot off Gavin Williams in the fourth inning. It was his first big fly since July 14th. Henderson is hitting .293 with a .946 OPS and 69 RBI on the season.

Clement collects three hits, steals two bases

Ernie Clement went 3-for-5 with an RBI and two stolen bases on Sunday against the Yankees. Clement got a shot to lead-off with George Springer getting a day off and did great in that spot. He started the game off with a single and then knocked in a run next time around. His time atop the lineup will likely be short-lived, but Clement plays nearly every day and is a good source of batting average. The two steals don’t hurt either.
