Cardinals vs. Ravens Week 2 Prediction
The Ravens dismantled the Dolphins in Week 1 and should improve to 2-0 when they take on the rebuilding Cardinals on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. ET. That said, will Baltimore cover as a double-digit home favorite or is Arizona the play from an ATS standpoint?

Arizona Cardinals Fantasy Spin
Larry Fitzgerald’s pair of 40-yard catches in Sunday’s tie with the Lions were his first since Oct. 2015. Fitz notched grabs of 41 and 45 yards in Kyler Murray’s debut, with the 45-yarder his longest reception in half a decade. No. 1 overall pick Murray was chewing up air yards, signaling not only the return of the deep ball to the Cardinals’ offense, but an entirely different philosophy. Increased usage down the field — something Fitz insists he is capable of — would add some long-missing ceiling to his still robust floor.
Baltimore Ravens Fantasy Spin
Ravens WR Marquise Brown (hip) will play through his questionable tag for the team’s Week 2 matchup against the Cardinals. Brown didn’t practice Friday, but this was also the case in Week 1. Coach John Harbaugh clarified to reporters Friday that Hollywood is again expected to suit up come game time. The question is whether that will include a full-time role; Brown played on just 14-of-76 offensive snaps in Week 1. The Ravens’ passing offense is set up brilliantly against the Cardinals’ mediocre secondary that will continue to be without their top-two CBs for the foreseeable future.
NFL Betting Trends
Arizona
The Cardinals are 9-3 against the spread in their last 12 games played in Week 2.
Baltimore
The Ravens are 4-1 against the number in their last five games played in the month of September and are 5-2 ATS in their last seen games playedin Week 2.
Prediction
The Ravens embarrassed the Dolphins last Sunday in Miami and Lamar Jackson showed that he’s a better passer than what critics made him out to be entering the season. That said, Baltimore is 1-6 against the number in its last seven home games and Arizona showed plenty of fight a week ago when it rallied from two scores down to tie Detroit in the fourth quarter. The Cardinals finally got their offense moving and if Kyler Murray and Co. can carry that momentum into today’s game, I see them at least hanging within the 13 points. This is a letdown spot for the Ravens, who should still get to 2-0 but I think this will be a bigger fight than oddsmakers expect.
