Bet Tonight’s Ravens vs. Patriots Game
RAVENS KEY TRENDS: The Ravens have covered the spread in four of their last five games overall, are 4-0 against the number in their last four games versus AFC opponents, and are 6-1-1 against the number in their last eight road games versus a team that has a winning home record. Baltimore has also been a fantastic bet on Monday night, covering in all five of their last five games when playing on MNF.

OUR PREDICTION: This point spread is set high because the Patriots are a public team and everyone usually just lays the number with Bill Belichick and Co. That said, the line is set way too high. The Ravens have the No. 1 run defense in the league and Dean Peas usually does a fantastic job scheming to slow down Brady. If the Ravens can stop the run, that means they’ll put a halt to New England’s play-action passing attack and now that they don’t have to worry about Rob Gronkowski, Baltimore can concentrate on slowing down the Pats’ screen game as well. The Ravens are 4-0-1 against the spread in their last five games in Foxboro and the underdog is 5-1-1 against the number in the last seven meetings between these two teams overall.
