UFC 162 will take place from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, with the main card bouts airing live on PPV at 10PM ET.
The main event of Saturday’s card is a battle for the UFC Middleweight Championship with Anderson Silva (33-4) defending his title against Chris Weidman (9-0). According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Silva is the favorite to keep his championship, as he has a money line of -240 to win, while Weidman has been given odds of +190 to win. Silva weighed in at 184 pounds on Friday while Weidman came in at 185 pounds for the title bout. The two went nose-to-nose and had to be separated during the stare down, but both held their cool. Many are picking Weidman to upset Silva and end a lengthy title reign, and it appears Silva isn’t too happy about it.

According to oddsmakers, Edgar is the favorite to win this bout, as he has odds of -550, while Oliveira has a money line of +375 to win this contest. When it came to the scales, Oliveira weighed in at 144 pounds on Friday, while Edgar came in at 146 pounds. The two had a very intense and close stare down prior to being separated. It should be an explosive and fast-paced fight on Friday.
