RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil (The Spread) – Ronda Rousey steps into the octagon again tonight when she faces Bethe Correia in the main event of UFC 190. Could she be upset by the challenger?

Rousey (11-0) is defending her UFC Women’s Bantamweight Championship for the sixth time tonight against a fellow unbeaten in Correia (9-0). Rousey has looked unbeatable her whole career, as she has finished all 11 opponents and won 10 of the 11 fights in the first round. Her last two victories have come in a combined 30 seconds. Correia comes in 3-0 in her UFC action, but she hasn’t faced a lot of big names. She has earned the title shot by calling out Rousey and Rousey having beat all the other top challengers.
The latest odds according to oddsmakers have Rousey as an overwhelming favorite with odds of -1600 to retain her title, while Correia has been given odds of +800 to win. This fight is the main event of UFC 190 tonight. The event takes place from the HSBC Arena in Brazil. The card airs live on PPV at 10PM ET.
If is very difficult to see Rousey losing this fight. Correia has some good striking, but just two TKO wins. If Correia is to win, it will have to be by KO. She can’t out-grapple Rousey and this fight won’t go 25 minutes, it just won’t. If Rousey gets her hands on Correia, she’s going to get her to the ground and submit her quickly. Rousey’s hands and striking are also improving with each fight, but her striking may not be as good as Correia’s. Rousey has said she wants to make this fight go a little longer to punish Correia, but that only gives her opponent more of a chance to win. Putting down $1600 on Rousey to win $100 doesn’t seem that enticing, so wagering small on Correia and hoping for an upset may be the way to go. However, if you’re looking to pick the straight up winner, hard to see it not being Rousey.
