Rousey (11-0) is the UFC women’s bantamweight champion and looking to defend her title for the sixth time. She has had 10 of her 11 fights end in the first round and he last two fights have lasted a combined 30 seconds. Correia (9-0) is also unbeaten in her career and she is 3-0 in the UFC. Her last two fights have been wins against Rousey’s training partners, which sparked a rivalry between these two. Correia will be fighting in her home country, but Rousey seems to have a big following in the country over their respect for her abilities.

According to oddsmakers at GTBets, Rousey is the overwhelming favorite to win this bout, as she is getting odds of -1800 to win, while Correia is getting a money line of +850 to win. This fight is the main event of UFC 190, which takes place on Saturday, Aug. 1 from the HSBC Arena in Brazil. The event airs live on PPV at 10PM ET.

Rousey looks as close to unbeatable as we have seen in some time. She continues to develop her striking to go along with her world-class judo and grappling. If Rousey gets her hands on you, the fight is basically over. Correia has only 2 KO’s in her career, so her punching power isn’t outstanding. It seems the only way to beat Rousey may be with a 1-punch KO. Correia won’t be able to grind out a 25-minute over Rousey. She will need a KO.
