Oddsmakers from online sports book SPORTSBETTING.comhave established both Lewis Hamilton (McLaren) and Sebastian Vettel (Red Bull) as 5/2 favorites. Mark Webber (Red Bull) has the next best odds at 7/2, while Jenson Button (McLaren) is 11/2 and Fernando Alonso (Ferrari) is 9/1.
Previous Winners
Robert Kubica (25/1) is currently the defending champion of the Canadian Grand Prix after winning the race in 2008. Hamilton won the event in 2007, while Alonso won it in 2006. Michael Schumacher has won the Canadian Grand Prix the most times at seven, while Nelson Piquet has won the race three times. Schumacher hasn’t won the race since 2004, however, and is now a 25/1 long-shot to win in 2010.

Hamilton is coming off a win in Turkey on May 30, while Webber had back-to-back wins on May 16 and May 9 in Spain and Monaco, respectively. Button won in China on April 18 and in Australia on March 28, while Vettel was victorious in Malaysia on April 4 and Alonso won the opening race in Bahrain on March 14.
