The Favorite
Kyle Busch is favored to win this event according to oddsmakers at the online sports book Sportsbook.com. Busch has 5/4 odds to win. Other short odds are Kevin Harvick (4/1) and Joey Logano (9/2). Busch has won this event the last two years and has 12 wins in the 25 Nationwide races he has competed in this season.
Past Winners
Other top Sprint Cup drivers like Jeff Burton and Greg Biffle have won this event in the past, but neither is competing this weekend. Ryan Newman did win the event in 2005 and has 25/1 odds to win this year.
Season Standings
Brad Keselowski leads the season standings by 384 points over Carl Edwards. Keselowski has four wins and 21 top 5’s in 30 races this season. He has 11/2 odds to win the race while Edwards has 15/2 odds to win. Busch is third in the standings, 485 points back.
