With a time of 3:57:21, Hamlin too the 2009 Sunoco Red Cross Pennsylvania 500 and has now been instilled as a 7/2 favorite by oddsmakers from online sports book SBGGLOBAL.com. Jimmie Johnson and Kyle Busch are right behind Hamlin at 11/2 to win.

Hamlin is currently ranks third on the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series’ leaderboard with 2,660 points. In 20 starts this season, he has five wins, seven top-5 finishes and eight top-10s. He’s collected $3,498,230 so far in winnings.

Johnson is listed right behind Hamlin with 2,659 points. In 20 races, Jimmie has won five times, has finished in the top 5 eight times and in the top-10 11 times.

Kyle Busch is in sixth with 2,630 points. He has claimed the pole twice this year in 20 starts, with two wins, five top-5 finishes and 10 top-10s.

The currently 2010 leader is Kevin Harvick, who has 2,920 points in 20 starts. He also has two wins, nine top-5 finishes and 14 top-10s. He opened at 10/1 to win the Pennsylvania 500, according to oddsmakers.

Hamlin has four wins at this track and his 8.6 finishing average and 119.1 driver rating are both tops in this series. He also specializes in flat tracks.

One driver to keep an eye on this week is Tony Stewart. He remains winless in 2010, but he has four straight top-10 finishes at Pocono, including three top-3 finishes. He also has nine top-10 finishes in the past 10 races at Pocono Raceway, which makes his 11/1 odds somewhat of a value.

Yet another driver to watch is Kurt Busch, who is a two-time winner here and who has also finished second on four occasions. He opened as a 20/1 long-shot to win on Sunday, so his odds might be something of a value as well.
