FORT WORTH, TX (ATS Consultants) - Which driver will take home the checkered flag when NASCAR heads to Fort Worth today for the AAA Texas 500?

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Jimmie Johnson is the current favorite to win today's race at 7/2 odds. Matt Kenseth has the next-best odds at 4/1, while Kyle Busch is 9/2 and Kasey Kahne is 8/1. Jeff Gordon and Brad Keselowski are both 10/1, respectively.

Johnson is tied with Kenseth for the points lead. He has five wins this year with 14 top 5 finishes and also has two wins at Texas with an average finish of 9.1. His driver rating at Texas is 103.8, which ranks second amongst current drivers. Johnson will start third today.

Kenseth has a series-best seven wins on the year to go along with 10 top 5s. He has two wins at Texas with an average finish of 8.5. His driver rating at the track is 106.5, which is best of any driver. Kenseth qualified sixth for this race.

Below is our predictions for today's AAA Texas 500.

Jeff Gordon (10/1)

Gordon has an average finish of 16.5 at Texas Motor Speedway and his 93.0 Driver Rating is the ninth-best among active drivers. He does have one victory here, which came on April 5 of 2009. He ranks third this season with one victory in 33 starts and eight top-5 finishes.

Brad Keselowski (10/1)

Keselowski has an average finish of 24.8 at Texas Motor Speedway and his 51.0 Driver Rating is 35th among active drivers. He's run well in his last three races outside of his 29th-place finish at Talladega two weeks ago. He won the Bank of America 500 in Charlotte on October 12 and last week finished fourth at Martinsville. In 10 starts at Texas, Keselowski has one top-5 finish and two top-10s. He's due to run well here.

Jamie McMurray (100/1)

In 19 career starts at Texas, McMurray has three top-5 finishes and six top-10 finishes with an average finish of 17.74. His 77.5 Driver Rating ranks him 18th among active drivers and is only three weeks removed from winning at Talladega so he's worth a flier.
