2013 NASCAR AdvoCare 500 Odds: Jimmie Johnson Favored By Oddsmakers

HAMPTON, GA (TheSpread) – The 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series returns to Sunday racing, but it’s the rare Sunday night race. Here are the odds for the AdvoCare 500.
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Jimmie Johnson is the favorite to win this race, as he has 5/1 odds. Other short odds to win are Matt Kenseth (6/1), Kyle Busch (7/1) and Kasey Kahne (7/1).
Johnson is the points leader in the series, 18 points better than the field. Johnson has four wins and nine top 5s this season. Johnson has won three times at Atlanta Motor Speedway and his average finish there is 11.1. Johnson’s driver rating at Atlanta is 108.3, which is best of any driver.

Kahne is eighth in the point standings, 120 points out of first. He has two wins and eight top 5s this year. Kahne has two wins at Atlanta with an average finish of 18.6 at this track. Kahne’s driver rating at Atlanta is 88.9, which ranks 12th in the series.
