2013 NASCAR Camping World RV Sales 500 Odds: Six Drivers Favored

TALLADEGA, AL (TheSpread) – The NASCAR Chase for the Championship heads to Talladega Superspeedway on Sunday for the Camping World RV Sales 500.
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, six drivers all are favored to win, as each has 10/1 odds to win. The six drivers are Kyle Busch, Jimmie Johnson, Matt Kenseth, Jeff Gordon, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Kevin Harvick.
Kenseth is the current points leader by 4 over Johnson. He has seven wins and nine top 5s on the year. Kenseth has one win at Talladega with an average finish of 17.6. His driver rating at the track is 91.5, which is best of any driver.
Johnson is second in the standings. He has five wins and 13 tops 5s this season. Johnson has won twice at Talladega and has an average finish of 17.1 at the track. His driver rating at Talladega is 83.1, which ranks 10th in the series.
Harvick is third in the point standings, 29 points out of first. He has three wins and eight top 5s. Harvick has one win at Talladega with an average finish of 16.4. His driver rating at the track is 77.0, which ranks 20th among drivers.
Gordon is fourth in the standings, 36 points out of first. Gordon has no wins with seven top 5s on the season. Gordon has six wins at Talladega with an average finish of 16.3. His driver rating at the track is 81.8, which ranks 11th.
Busch is fifth in the standings, 37 points out of first. Busch has four wins with 15 top 5s this year. Busch owns one win at Talladega with an average finish of 22.9. His driver rating there is 79.9, which ranks 16th.
Earnhardt Jr. is ninth in the standings, 66 points out of first. He has no wins with six top 5s this season. Dale Jr. has five wins at Talladega with an average finish of 15.1. His driver rating at the track is 89.9, which ranks second in the series.
