CONCORD, NC (TheSpread) – The longest race of the 2013 NASCAR Season takes place this Sunday, with the running of the Coca-Cola 600. Here is a look at the odds to win this race.
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Kyle Busch, Jimmie Johnson and Matt Kenseth are all favored to win this race, as each has been given 6/1 odds.
Johnson is the current NASCAR points leader by 44. He has two wins and six top 5s on the year. Johnson has won six times at Charlotte, and has an average finish of 11.4 at the track. His driver rating at Charlotte is 111.7, which is tops for any driver.
Busch is eighth in the NASCAR standings, 98 points out of first. Busch has two wins and five top 5s this year. Busch has never won at Charlotte, but has eight top 5s and an average finish of 15.3 at the track. His driver rating at Charlotte is 107.7, which ranks second in the series.
Kenseth sits third in the point standings, 59 points out of first. Kenseth has three wins on the year, most of any driver. Kenseth has two wins and seven top 5s at this track and his average finish there is 14.2. His driver rating at Charlotte is 94.4, which is fourth-best of any active driver.
