2013 NASCAR Ford EcoBoost 400 Odds to win: Matt Kenseth Favored

HOMESTEAD, FL (TheSpread) – The final race of the 2013 NASCAR Season is this Sunday. Here is a look at the odds to win the Ford EcoBoost 400.
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Matt Kenseth is the favorite to win this race, as he has 7/2 odds. Other short odds to win are Kyle Busch (5/1), Kasey Kahne (7/1) and Kevin Harvick (7/1).
Kenseth sits second in points, 28 points behind Jimmie Johnson for first. Kenseth likely needs a win for any hope of winning the points title. Kenseth has seven wins and 11 top 5s this year. Kenseth has one win and three top 5s at Homestead. His average finish there is 17.6, while his driver rating is 106.0, which ranks third in the series.
Busch is fourth in the point standings, 57 points out of first. Busch has four wins and 16 top 5s this year. Busch has one top 5, but no wins at Homestead. His average finish there is 23.1, while his driver rating there is just 91.5.
Kahne is 12th in the standings, 132 points out of first. Kahne has two wins and 11 top 5s this year. Kahne has never won at this track and has one top 5 there. His average finish at the track is 15.4, while his driver rating there is 90.2.
Harvick is third in the point standings. He can still possibly win the championship, but would need a lot to happen. He has four wins and nine top 5s on the year. Harvick has never won at Homestead, but has an average finish of 7.9 there. His driver rating at the track is 100.1, which ranks fourth.
