2013 NASCAR Subway Fresh Fit 500 Odds: Jimmie Johnson Favored

AVONDALDE, AZ (TheSpread) – The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series continues this week with the running of the Subway Fresh Fit 500 from Phoenix International Raceway.
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Jimmie Johnson is the favorite to win this race, as he has odds of +600 to win. Other short odds to win are Kyle Busch, Denny Hamlin and Brad Keselowski, who each have odds of +800 to win.
Johnson is coming off a win in the Daytona 500 last week. Johnson has four wins and 12 top 5s in his career at this track. His average finish is 6.7 and his driver rating at Phoenix is 115.8, which is by far the best for any driver.
Busch had car trouble last week, placing 34th in the Daytona 500. Busch has one win in his career at Phoenix and has an average finish of 13.3. His driver rating at the track is 99.9, which ranks third amongst current drivers.
Hamlin placed 14th last Sunday. Hamlin owns one win and seven top 5s at this track. His average finish is 10.3 and he has a driver rating of 100.4 at Phoenix, which ranks second in the series.
Keselowski placed fourth in last week’s race after winning the Sprint Cup Championship last season. Keselowski has one top five and no wins in seven races at Phoenix. His average finish there is 19.9 and his driver rating is 78.6.
