2014 NASCAR Toyota Owners 400 Picks & Predictions
By ATSSportsline.com

RICHMOND, VA (ATS CONSULTANTS) – The Toyota Owners 400 will take place on later on tonight. Here is a look at the drivers to consider for this NASCAR Sprint Cup race.

According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Kevin Harvick is the favorite to win the race, as he has 5/1 odds. Other short odds to win are Kyle Busch (6/1), Jimmie Johnson (7/1) and Brad Keselowski (7/1).

Here are our predictions for this weekend’s race.

Kevin Harvick 5/1

Harvick is starting fifth on Saturday night and he comes into the race the only two-time winner in 2014. He has three wins at Richmond in his career and an average finish of 11.3 at this track. Harvick’s driver rating at Richmond is 111.0, which is one of the best in the series. Look for Harvick to be near the front late.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. 18/1

Dale Jr. is going to start 13th on Saturday night. He has been very strong this season, picking up five top 5s, which is the most of any driver. He also has a win in the Daytona 500 this year. Dale Jr. is a three-time winner on this very race, but his last win came back in 2006. Richmond hasn’t always been his best track, but he has found a way to win and he is finding himself right in the mix in almost every race.

Live Long Shot

Ricky Stenhouse 200/1

Stenhouse is starting 29th tonight. Stenhouse has one top 5 and two top 10s on the year. He is seeking his first Sprint Cup Series win in his career. He placed 16th and 10th at Richmond last year, which were two of his best performances. Already showing signs of improvement this year, Stenhouse isn’t far from getting that breakthrough race. That could come tonight, and could lead to a big payout.
