CONCORD, NC (ATSConsultants) – The 2015 NASCAR Coca-Cola 600 will take place later tonight. Here are some drivers we think you should wager on for this race.
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Kevin Harvick is the favorite tonight, as he has 7/2 odds while Jimmie Johnson has 5/1 odds and Brad Keselowski and Kurt Busch each have 7/1 odds. The Coca-Cola 600 takes place tonight from Charlotte Motor Speedway at 6:16PM ET.
Denny Hamlin is someone we like at 12/1. Hamlin qualified fifth for this race and he has strong numbers at Charlotte despite being winless at the track. His average finish here is 13.5, while his driver rating is 92.8, which is one of the best in today’s field. Look for Hamlin to make a strong push for the win tonight.
Kasey Kahne is another driver with 12/1 odds we like for today. Of all the tracks in NASCAR, this is probably the best one for Kahne, who has won four times at Charlotte. His average finish at the track is 11.5 and his driver rating is 100.8, which is third-best in the field. Kahne should have another strong showing again tonight.
Kyle Busch comes into today with 18/1 odds but he has plenty of motivation for the race. This is his first official race back since an injury to open the season, and it is at a track that he has been strong in. Busch needs a win to likely get into the Chase for the Championship due to the injury, and this could be the race it happens. Busch has an average finish of 15.1 at Charlotte with a driver rating of 106.7. Look for Busch to be aggressive and make a strong push at the end for a victory.
