2015 NASCAR Quicken Loans 400 Picks & Predictions

BROOKLYN, MI (ATSConsultants) – The Quicken Loans 400 will waive the green flag later this afternoon. Here is a look at the drivers we think can take the checkered flag in this NASCAR race.
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Kevin Harvick is favored to win this race with 3/1 odds. Other short odds to win are Jimmie Johnson (7/1) and Brad Keselowski (9/1). The Quicken Loans 400 takes place on Sunday at 1:16PM ET from Michigan International Speedway.
Kevin Harvick has had a dominant car all season, finishing first or second in 10 races in 2015. Regardless of the track, Harvick has proven he will be a contender. At MIS, Harvick has one win with an average finish of 13.0 and a driver rating of 90.2. Look for those numbers to improve after Sunday.
Jeff Gordon has 10/1 odds coming into today’s race. He is a three-time winner at Michigan International Speedway. His average finish at the track is 12.1, while his driver rating is 93.6. Gordon is still in need of a win to assure himself a Chase spot. At the fast track of MIS, look for Gordon to be aggressive today.
Joey Logano has 12/1 odds coming into today’s race. He has had a strong history at MIS. In just 12 races, he has one win with an average finish of 14.9. His driver rating is pretty solid at 91.8. Logano says this is one of his favorite tracks, so we expect him to be near the front at the end.
