CFL | Hamilton vs Toronto
Play on: Hamilton -3½ -110 at Pinnacle
Ricky’s 1* Free Play on the Hamilton Ti-Cats.
Toronto won the Grey Cup in 2017, but it went just 4-14 last season. The Argos allowed a CFL-high 560 points last year and only the Als scored less than Toronto’s 369. The Argonauts would also go winless on the road. The Argos tried (and failed) to sign Bo Levi Mitchell in the off-season, so James Franklin, who split time with McLeod Bethel-Thompson last year, will get the start in this one (Franklin had more INT’s than TD’s last year.) After building some momentum in the pre-season with back-to-back wins, Toronto then had all of its momentum taken away with a Week 1 “bye.” Hamilton opened with a solid 23-17 win at home over Saskatchewan, with Jeremiah Masoli going 17 of 28 for 169 yards and a TD.
The verdict: Toronto has too many question marks on both sides of the ball in my opinion and I think it’ll struggle with cohesiveness in Week 1. Consider Hamilton in Week 2!

MLB | Orioles vs Mariners
Play on: Mariners -152 at Pinnacle
Play - Seattle Mariners w/Milone vs. Cashner (Game 922).
Edges - Mariners: Milone 4-1 career team-starts versus Baltimore, including 3-0 the last three … Orioles: Cashner 1-4 career team-starts in Seattle, and 2-7 last nine team-starts in June … We recommend a 1* play on Seattle. Thank you and good luck as always.

Burns has been WHITE HOT for months and he's planning on SWEEPING THE BOARD on Saturday. A 3-1 Friday brings him to 27-13 his past 40. Here, he looks at this afternoon's "Battle of Ontario."
While I won with the Ti-Cats in Week 1, their offense was less than impressive. QB Masoli was only average, looking shaky much of the game. Seven of their 23 points came on a punt-return TD. Now, Masoli will also be without one of his top weapons, as WR Luke Tasker was ruled out on Thursday. Head Coach Steinauer noted: "I don't expect anybody to replace Luke." Hamilton dominated the season series last year. However, I expect the Argos to give them a tougher test today. With the line having climbed from its opener, consider grabbing the points.

MIKE LUNDIN'S REDS @ BREWERS FREE PICK
The red hot Cincinnati Reds won their season-high sixth straight game on Friday when they put an 11-7 beating on the Milwaukee Brewers. Milwaukee has dropped five in a row and seven of its last eight.
I expect a comfortable Reds win here on Saturday behind their ace Luis Castillo.
Castillo (7-1, 2.26 ERA) has allowed just five earned runs over his last four starts covering 23 1/3 innings of work. Castillo is an undefeated 3-0 in seven road starts on the season and owns a 3.50 ERA in six career starts against the Brew Crew.
Milwaukee right-hander Jhoulys Chacin (3-8, 5.60 ERA) missed about two weeks with a back injury and was charged with the loss after allowing six hits and two runs in 4 2/3 innings at San Diego on June 17. Chacin is 0-5 over his last five starts while making it through the fifth inning in only one of those outings.
Free pick on Cincinnati Reds.

The MLB Comp play is on the Over in the Atlanta at Washington game at 7:15 eastern. We look for a high scoring game here as this game fits a solid scoring system. The Braves are 21 of 27 over vs losing teams 8 of 11 over on Saturdays and 6 of 7 in game 2 of a series. The Nationals are 13 of 18 over at home vs a winning road team. In the Series 18 of 25 have gone over here. Sanchez for Washington has pitched over in 4 of 5 and Foltynewicz for the Braves is 4 of 5 over vs losing teams and 13 of 19 with 5 days rest. Look for this one to play over the total. For the MLB Free pick. We will play the Braves and Nationals over the total. RV- GC Sports

Saturday free play will be the Marlins and the Phillies to hold Under the posted total.
The Philadelphia offense has gone AWOL, as the Phils have scored just 8 runs total over their last 5 games - all of them losses - and have played Under the total in 3 of their last 4 games coming into this Saturday contest with the Marlins.
Miami has also been trending low of last, as 5 of their last 7 games have held Under the total as they get set for this Saturday affair in the City of Brotherly Love.
The teams have met 8 times already this season, and the Under has cashed in in each of the last pair, and in 5 of the last 6 season series meetings.
Eliser Hernandez and Vince Velasquez will be your starters, and Hernandez has only allowed 4 earned runs in his 11-plus innings of work as a starter, and sports a season ERA of 3.95.
Velasquez is getting a chance at rejoining the rotation, and he did make his best start of the season against Miami back in April when he allowed just one run over 6 innings pitched. He has made 7 starts this season, and 6 of them have held Under the total.
Play Miami and Philadelphia to hold Under the total.
4* MIAMI-PHILADELPHIA UNDER

My complimentary winner for Saturday is on the Colorado Rockies plus the money at the Los Angeles Dodgers. Do NOT list pitchers, as it's irrelevant. As a reminder, never think listing pitchers in every game is necessary. That narrative is ludicrous. Especially when you're looking for value with an underdog. Imagine listing pitchers in this one, catching a big price, and the Dodgers scratching Hyun-Jin Ryu. The ticket is canceled, the price changes and you may lose out on a solid value with a great offense. So never feel inclined to list pitchers on every single game.
Now, on to the best offense in the National League and second-best lineup in baseball. The Rockies are hitting .270 this season, just a couple decimals below the Minnesota Twins. The second-place Rox are dangerous against any pitcher in any stadium. We saw that in Phoenix against Zack Greinke. We're going to see that tonight against Ryu.
Colorado is in second place in the National League West, behind the Dodgers, and it's produced a 16-13 mark against division foes. Last night this offense was shut down by Walker Buehler, who pitched nine innings and allowed two runs on three hits with 16 strikeouts.
Now it's time to respond.
I'm looking to Nolan Arenado, who leads the Rockies with 19 home runs and is batting .323, and Charlie Blackmon, who is hitting a whopping .480 (25-for-52) with four doubles, a triple, seven home runs and 15 RBIs in last 10 games.
The Rockies also have the second-best batting average in night games, also hitting .270, and tonight they'll be out for revenge.
Take the road pup.
1* ROCKIES (straight action)

Saturday comp play on the Yankees on the Run Line over the Astros.
It's been all systems go for New York, as last night's 4-1 win over Houston made it 7 straight wins for the Yankees, and 2 in a row this weekend over the Astros.
Houston has now lost 6 in a row heading into tonight's showdown, and they have been held to just 14 runs in their 6 losses - 6 of the runs coming in Thursday's 10-6 setback at Yankee Stadium.
Masahiro Tanaka is fresh off a 2-hit shutout at home over the Tampa Bay Rays, as Tanaka fanned 10 batters in that dominant win that lowered his home ERA to 2.83 for the 9 starts he has made in the Bronx this season.
Wade Miley has never beaten the Yankees in his career, as he comes into this start at 0-4 with a 5.86 ERA in 10 career appearances versus New York.
The Astros have been a nemesis of the Yankees the past couple of years, so New York needs to take advantage of this Houston team while they are mired in this current rut.
Go with the Yankees on the Run Line for Saturday night.
2* N.Y. YANKEES -1 1/2 RUNS
