Comp play for Saturday will be Atlanta and St. Louis to stay Under the total with Mike Soroka and Dakota Hudson on the mound.
Last night's series opener was a 5-2 final in favor of the Braves that did hold Under the posted price. That Under put the Braves on a 5-2 Under run their last 7 games, while it moved the Cardinals to 5-3 Under the total in their last 8 games contested. Included in both stretches is the teams last series meeting when Mike Soroka worked 7 scoreless innings versus the Redbird back on May 15th.
Soroka looks like the real deal for Atlanta, as the youngster is the owner of a lowly 1.01 season ERA, and 6 of his 7 starts for the year have held Under the total.
Dakota Hudson will get the ball for the Cards, and he has allowed 3 runs or less in each of his last 6 season starts. His last effort against the Texas Rangers saw him work 6 innings with just 2 runs cross the plate in a game that held Under the posted price.
I know Soroka is not going to stay at the pace that he is on for the entire season, but since he baffled the Redbirds pretty good in his last effort against them, I am going to look for him to be just as stingy tonight against them in St. Louis.
I don't see too many runs coming home in this Saturday meeting between the N.L. rivals.
Play the Braves and Cardinals Under the posted total.

Going to play Game Six of this series between Milwaukee and Toronto to stay Under the total at Scotiabank Arena on Saturday night.
After 3 straight Overs, Game Five on Thursday saw a 105-99 final score in favor of the Raptors, as the game held easily Under the total. Toronto has done a fine job on the stop-end this postseason, as they have played 17 games in these playoffs, and 10 times they have held the opposition to under 100 points. The Under stands at 11-6 in the postseason for the Raptors, and another solid defensive effort tonight will be needed if Toronto is going to eliminate Milwaukee this Saturday night in Canada.
The Bucks have been a little bit more offensive-minded during the playoffs, but 4 of their last 7 postseason affairs have managed to hold Under the posted price.
With the pressure on the #1 seeded Bucks to find some consistent offense, I am thinking that the pressure may be just a little too much for this relatively inexperienced team to handle.
I am going to back the Under to be the play on Saturday night in the Eastern Conference Finals.
Bucks-Raptors Low.

White Sox vs. Twins
OVER 10½
Manny Banuelos was a great story early in the year when he was holding down the Orioles in April. Since then he's given up 19 runs and 27 hits in just over 16 innings of work. The southpaw has a walk issue and against his only tough lineup, he gave up nine runs to the Red Sox. The Twins lineup has no mercy for their opponents as of late. Over the past week and a half or so, they've scored double digit runs a couple of times and their offense is smoking hot. Chicago's bullpen should be plenty busy too. I'm not a huge Kyle Gibson guy. He's allowed seven runs and 15 hits over his last two starts against the Mariners and Angels. He has decent stuff and is striking out more guys then he has in the past. Gibson has not seen Chicago yet this year and I think the White Sox offense isn't that bad and should be able to contribute a run or two to this total. Give me the over.

Rays vs. Indians
Rays+120
Saturday's FREE MLB WINNER: Tampa Bay Rays.
Game 963.
1:10 pm pst.
These two teams have split this series, one game apiece. However, Tampa Bay has taken five of the last seven meetings, going back to last season. The Rays give Charlie Morton the nod. The RH is 4-0 with a 2.65 ERA this season and was 2-0 with a 2.08 record in two starts vs. the Tribe lasts season. The Indians give Carlos Carrasco the nod. The RH is 4-4 with a 4.30 mark on the campaign and was 0-2 with a 5.40 ERA in two games vs. the Rays in 2018. Cleveland is 1-4 in Carrasco's last five starts vs. Tampa bay, 1-4 the last five at home, and 4-9 the last 13 vs. RH starters. Tampa Bay is 5-1 in Morton's last six road starts, 25-11 the last 36 on the road, and 16-6 the last 22 vs. the AL Central. Take the Rays. Thank you.

Two nights back my 40 Dime Winner was on the Minnesota Twins. Last night they were my free winner at home against the Chicago White Sox after a successful road trip. Guess where I'm headed? Back to the Twin Cities.
As part of a 11-4 rout last night against the ChiSox, the Twins smacked three home runs. That's nine home runs the past two nights. Two nights back, when they hit six homers in Anaheim, it marked the fourth time this season they've hit at least six in a game. Perspective: The other 29 teams in baseball have had three of those such games, combined.
The Twins are on pace to hit 327 home runs, which would shatter the major league record of 267 set by the New York Yankees last season.
To say Target Field will be rocking tonight for the Twins is an understatement. I'll play them on the run line against the Chicago White Sox.
Though pitchers are automatically listed when making Run Line wagers, I am insisting you DO NOT worry about who the scheduled starters are. In the event of a scratch, you MUST re-wager the game with the new pitcher(s) who are scheduled. This play will stand no matter who pitches for either team.
The Twins, who are 9-3 against teams from the American League Central, are in first place in the American League Central, with a 34-16 mark. They've won nine of 12 thanks to a batting average around .300 in that span, while the lineup has provided pitchers with a run differential of +44 runs.
The White Sox, meanwhile, have a paltry batting average of .228 in their last 10 games and have been outscored by 20 runs in that span. Chicago is also struggling with a 12-14 mark on the road.
Play the Twins on the Run Line, as they continue their offensive barrage.

Mariners vs. A's
1* Free MLB Pick on Seattle Mariners +115
It's been all downhill for the Mariners after their shocking 13-2 start to the season, but one consistent bright spot for Seattle is today's starter Yusei Kikuchi. He's 3-1 with a 3.43 ERA and 1.077 WHIP in 11 starts and comes in with a 2.29 ERA and 0.915 WHIP in his last 3 outings.
Kikuchi has already made two starts this season against the A's and both times the Mariners left with a victory. As for Oakland starter, Mike Fiers, who recently threw a no-hitter, he's got a 6.36 ERA in 10 career starts against Seattle. A's have won just 1 of Fier's last 5 starts and are 1-5 in his last 6 starts vs a team with a losing record.
Adding to this is a great system in favor of the Seattle. Road underdogs that are coming off back-to-back division losses and will have a starter with a WHIP of 1.00 or less in his last 3 starts are 42-22 (66%) on the money line over the last 5 seasons. Take Seattle!

My free play for tonight is on the Tampa Bay Rays against the Cleveland Indians, and in this one I want you listing the scheduled starting pitchers: Charlie Morton and Carlos Carrasco.
I won't get long-winded here, cause it's not necessary. It's a free pick, so let's cut to the chase.
In the third game of American League contenders, I think Morton will shine for the Rays, as he's hungry to bounce back from his worst outing of the season, in which he allowed five runs - only three of them earned - over four innings, against the Yankees. Morton should be throwing with confidence, as he boasts a 3.70 ERA in four career starts against the Indians.
Meanwhile, in his last time out, Carrasco saw his streak of 13 consecutive scoreless innings snapped when he allowed three runs in five innings.
The Rays are 16-8 on the road, and the pitching staff as a whole is sporting a 2.90 ERA in the team's last 10 games. That'll come in handy against the offensively starved Indians, who are batting just .233 in their last 10.
Take Tampa Bay here.
5* RAYS (Morton over Carrasco)

The Baltimore Orioles just may be the worst team in baseball, and not just because they have the worst record. Sometimes there are other teams with one or two wins more than teams with the worst record, but they're the worst. But no, Baltimore is bad. And I don't think it's snapping a seven-game skid against the Colorado Rockies tonight.
I'll lay the run line with the home team.
IMPORTANT: As you know every single Run Line play and Total wager will automatically list the scheduled starting pitchers at the time of the wager. But with this game I am not concerned with who is pitching for either team tonight and want you playing this game on the Run Line regardless. That said, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to be sure you have action even if one of the pitchers scheduled to start is scratched, by betting the game over again in the event that takes place.
Let's stick with the Orioles here, as I think I'm more intrigued about siding against them, then I am taking the Rockies.
During Baltimore's 1-9 slump, it is hitting a paltry .233 at the plate and has been outscored by 33 runs. The Orioles also boast a 7.38 ERA on the hill. For the season, they have a run differential of -110, and they're just 9-17 on the road this season.
Now they have to battle a hard-hitting Rockies team that is looking to get to .500 at home, and is looking to ascend in the National League West. They're two games back of third-place Arizona. And despite a 5-5 mark in their last 10 game, they've hit .280 in that span.
Colorado is going to rock Baltimore in this one.

Diamondbacks vs. Giants
10* FREE MLB PICK (Diamondbacks +106)
I'll take my chances here with the Diamondbacks building off Friday's offensive outburst with another easy win on Saturday. After scoring just 7 runs in their previous 4 games, Arizona exploded for 18 runs on 21 hits. I think they stay hot against the Giants Andrew Suarez, who is coming off his first start of 2019. Suarez only gave up 3 runs in 6 innings, but has to be concern over giving up 2 homers and issuing 4 walks. You also have to factor in just how hard it is for SF to score runs. Giants are only averaging 3.1 runs/game at home this season and are hitting just .204 as a team at home. Give me the Diamondbacks +106!
