Sunday's comp play release is the Dodgers on the Run Line over the Royals.
L.A. did it again last night, as they walked-off with a 10-inning win over Kansas City, as the Dodgers extended their latest winning streak to 5 straight, and they are an incredible 52-19 overall their last 71 games!
Today they send their ace Clayton Kershaw to the hill, and all he has done this first half of the year is go 13-2 with a slender 2.19 ERA.
It's not that Kansas City is playing poor baseball, or even that starter Danny Duffy is getting rocked, neither of those statements hold water. It's just that anytime Kershaw steps on the mound, there is a very real chance of a shutout being thrown by the southpaw.
Los Angeles has won the first 2 of this weekend set, and I will take them to complete the sweep today by at least 2 runs or better.
