Astros +150

This is going to be a fantastic World Series. The Dodgers look like they have no flaws at all, but Houston does have the pitching to win low scoring games if needed. Tonight we will see two rock solid left handers on the mound. Clayton Kershaw has not been himself as of late and really has struggled to keep the ball in the park as he has given up a lot of home runs. Dallas Keuchel is the better pitcher as of right this second and I believe the Astros are built to win these types of games as they are great on the road and great against left handed pitching.

New Orleans at Portland
Play: Portland -4.5

Home opener for Portland who won their first games as away favorites and are now coming off a loss at Milwaukee, a game they pushed. New Orleans hosted Golden St on Friday, played at the Lakers Sunday is now in their second game of this 3 game road trip. The Pelicans got their first win vs the Lakers as they shot 57% after shooting 38% and 47% their first two game and they will struggle against the Blazers D which allowed 32% and 45% their two game as a favorite. New Orleans is still looking for an answer with PG Rondo injured and to show their desperation they signed Jammer Nelson on Sunday and played 24 minutes that same night.

Brooklyn / Orlando Under 230

This isn't Golden State against Cleveland here - it's Brooklyn and Orlando, who played to a 126-121 game this season (already a rematch and I actually lean Nets here - the line is factoring in the revenge thing) - and typically the quick turn-around games have the opposite result(s). They'll make some defensive adjustments for sure. Both teams shot over 50% for the GAME and the Magic shot 54% from deep, making 18 three's. Brooklyn shit 33% from behind the arc. Not too shabby there, either. Brooklyn went to the line 35 times - which should change. There were FIFTY TWO assists - and Brooklyn dominated the inside game. They shouldn't do that on the road, and no way Orlando shoots like that again. And what's really interesting is that there were on 11 fast break points in that previous game - so, totally different/new game here, and even WITH all that they scored 247 last time - with 134 points in the second half alone. This game I suspect starts quickly and THEN slows down - keeping it under the number.
